At Tulloch Homes, we like to make life easier for our homeowners, so here are a few little tips to help you out.

What should I do if there is a fault with any of my appliances?

Your new home may have built-in appliances provided and these will have a manufacturer’s guarantee.  Should you have a problem with an appliance, please contact the manufacturer or your local service agent.  


What is classed as an emergency with my new home?

 Emergencies are classed as:

  • Complete failure of the heating system and/or hot water system*
  • Water leak that cannot be contained
  • Complete failure of the electrics*
  • Flooding
  • Lock not working on downstairs external door or damaged downstairs window causing a loss of security

Is there an easy way to contact all of the organisations which need to know my change of address?

If you’re looking for help planning and arranging your move, Tulloch Homes recommend www.moveme.com. It’s a website that can deal with everything from changing your utility bills to obtaining removal quotes, as well as the countless other things that we all tend to forget!
