Stamp Duty exemption for first-time-buyers on all properties up to the value of £250,000

Introduced by the previous chancellor Alistair Darling and looks to continue well into 2011 giving first time buyers a welcome tax relief.   Putting this into money terms, this would save you £2,500 on a £250,000 property.
