The Handover Ceremony is when your dreams become a reality ...

A few days before your date of entry, please ensure that your solicitor has funds in place to enable you to settle at the arranged time. Prior to your entry date, your sales consultant will also call you to make an appointment with you for the Handover Ceremony. This usually happens mid-afternoon, unless your funds are received earlier in the day.

At the Handover Ceremony, you will be able to check that the pre-handover snagging list has been completed to your satisfaction. Meter readings will be taken, and you will receive your manuals containing details of how to look after your new home, as well as guarantees and emergency numbers. Then the moment arrives, and your keys are handed over to you as the proud new owner of a Tulloch Home. Congratulations!
