Our pre-handover meeting gives you the opportunity to take a closer look at your property. 

Before your new home is completed, your sales consultant will contact you to arrange a time to look around and learn how to care for your home. You’ll be able to check appliances and ensure that the high quality of finish is just what you’d expect from a Tulloch Home. We always strive to get everything right first time, but if you do find any small items needing attention at this stage, we will endeavour to rectify them prior to entry. Every new Tulloch home comes with NHBC Buildmark cover, and we rigidly adhere to the NHBC guidelines in terms of exactly what constitutes an acceptable snagging item.

Your sales consultant can also provide you with useful numbers and tips to help make moving in simple, as well as explaining the procedure on the day of handover.
