When you buy a new home from Tulloch Homes you’ll receive your exclusive Tulloch Homes loyalty card

If you're new to Tulloch Homes, our loyalty card will be available to you from the moment you conclude your Missives. It entitles you to discounts and special offers from a range of suppliers specially selected by Tulloch Homes, with discounts valid for up to two years subject to Terms & Conditions.

If you already own a Tulloch home and are looking to purchase a new Tulloch property, you will receive your loyalty card when you complete your reservation form. It awards you a £1,000 loyalty discount for every £100,000 you spend on your new home, as well as providing a variety of discounts and offers as outlined above.

LOYALTY SCHEME CONDITIONS OF USE

i.  The Loyalty Card entitles the person(s) named ot loyalty discount of £1000 per £100,000 spend or part thereof of the value, upon legal completion of any second or subsequent purchase of a new property from Tulloch Homes ltd.  Once missives are concluded, the Loyalty Card also entitles you to claim exclusive special offers and discounts from a selected list of home improvements suppliers

ii.  The Loyalty Card is only valid to the person(s) named therein and is non transferable.  There is no cash equivilant.  In the event of any dispute arising in respect of the loyalty card, the decision of Tulloch Homes shall be final and binding.

iii.  To claim your Loyalty Card, please take your letter, together with your specimen card and present these to the sales consultant acting for Tulloch Homes at the development of your choice.  You will receive your Loyalty Card when you place a reservation on your second or subsequent property.

iv.  When claiming the Loyalty Card, the availability of any other additional offer or assistance to purchase is entirely at the discretion of Tulloch Homes.

v.  This offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
