I love the mixture of old and new and already a friend of mine has recognised the house as a place she once visited many years ago.
“Hedgefield House and other new Tulloch homes are set back from the main road in peaceful and quiet grounds. It is hard to believe that my flat is only five minutes’ walk away from the city centre and is so close to shops, restaurants and the hospital.
“I currently live on the West Coast and had intended using this new flat as a bolt hole to stop off at when flying to and from London or as a stopover following trips to the theatre, cinema or even after hospital appointments. I have however found myself staying in the new flat for more regular and longer periods because I feel so safe and comfortable here.

Also after visiting the development initially we were very impressed with the view from the high elevation site. It has turned out to be just as convenient as I had hoped it would be too.
“I chose the Rona house type as it suited my needs for a buy-to-let investment property (ground floor, no garden) and being a new build it is very energy efficient too.
“I decided to buy from Tulloch Homes as I wanted a new build specifically and the Tulloch’s site was a better location to Robertsons or Barratt that are building in the area.
“All staff at Tulloch Homes were very helpful and I cannot fault the service I experienced throughout. I made one call to the emergency number one evening when my front door wouldn’t close properly and this was adjusted and sorted within the hour which we were very pleased with regarding the response time, as well as the repair. All staff I communicated with were very helpful during my purchase.
“Overall, I would recommend Tullochs to others. I have been happy with the finish of our new home and we are actually in the process of purchasing our second Tullochs home three months on from buying this one so can’t be a better indication of satisfaction than that!”

“The house has been very good, there’s been no problems at all with it. I moved in at the end of June. I love the fact everything is brand new and practical, and I also love the view from Broomhill. I like to be able to see hills and green as I’m from the west and I’m not used to having lots of buildings around me.
“I was attracted to Broomhill as a location as Muir of Ord is a village, which isn’t too far from Inverness where I work. It’s almost rural.

“Black Isle View at Kirkhill was not my first choice of location as originally I had been looking at Tulloch Homes’ North Kessock site. However, the sales consultant Maria Wilson encouraged me to have a look at the Kirkhill site and when I did, I really liked it. This was something I wouldn’t have thought would have been the case if Maria hadn’t mentioned it or encouraged me to have a look.
“I quite liked the rural aspect of it, the quietness and the overall future size of the development as well as all aspects of the design of the house. I also like the external finishings and timber features, and the wood effect on the windows as opposed to them just being white.
“What attracted me to Tulloch Homes was initially the site location and the Tulloch value for money. I would recommend Tulloch Homes to other people looking to buy a new home. The site manager Michael Rose is an asset to the team and Maria has been excellent too. I’m quite delighted.”

After many ups and downs, we are finally settled into this beautiful house. Lots to do, but plenty of time! In the first place, we would like to reiterate our gratitude that you kept faith with us in keeping this plot open. There were many, many times we thought it would never happen.
For the record, please note how pleased we were with the process of moving in. Debra arrived with a delightful welcome pack - nice touch - followed by Mr Crawford who took us through all the handover requirements. Since then all your staff have been most helpful in attending to anything we required, really impressive. Nothing seems too much for them to do.
The house itself is everything we had hoped for and the nice touches of lights, mirrors, washing line, slabs and grassed areas, made it liveable from the outset. On top of all that, the view with lots of sky, is impressive.
To cap it all, our grandchildren, who visited for four days, have forgiven us and cannot wait to come back. Thank you, and please thank everyone on our behalf.

From the very first visit back in March 2012 to moving in Nov 2012 to Bellfield Meadows, the only stress we had was selling our own house ! Elizabeth Fraser (Sales Team) has been fantastic a real credit to the company, she kept us informed at all times & our first visitor after moving in just to check everything was ok. Kevin Stewart (Site Manager) has been helpful & approachable with the small teething problems that come with a new build house. Overall we are very happy customers. Big thanks to everyone.

We moved into our new home at Chanonry Park in August 2012 and since then, as well as being delighted with our new home, we would like to say that Alison, Gordie and everyone working on the site with whom we have had dealings have been courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The few issues have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently and we would certainly recommend coming to live at Chanonry Park, Fortrose.

Having enjoyed a Tulloch’s home for a number of years, we knew that our next move would be to a Tulloch home, once again.
It’s a stressful time moving but I’m happy to say that the whole process was made much easier with the help and support from Andrea in the Sales Team and John the Site Manager. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed to our satisfaction and she ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout the process.
We are now enjoying settling into our lovely new home with the continued support from both Andrea and John.

We recently bought our second house from Tulloch Homes and from way back when we reserved a plot they couldn’t of been more helpful. Susan has been absolutely fantastic through the whole process. Ali Paul from the site has bent over backwards to always help us and we can’t thank them enough! We are delighted with our new house and look forward to bringing up our family in it (until they get too big and we have to buy a bigger Tulloch homes house).

Mrs Watt (Essich Gardens, Inverness)
I am really pleased with my new home, (Cedar, New style) It is well finished and has good sized rooms. I do like the en-suite off the bedroom. It is also a good size with a lovely shower. We did wonder about moving into a semi detached home again as we lived in a semi detached house previously and found it quite noisy with the kids next door. However, the sound proofing here is excellent and there is no noise at all.

Mr Clelland and Ms Love (Greenfields, Inverness)
Recently we moved into our first family home at Greenfields Inverness and we would like to thank Tulloch Homes for making this possible. Originally we had looked at purchasing a Tulloch home at the development but due to down turn in the housing market was proving difficult to arrange a mortgage. Tulloch Homes helped make our dream a reality with a part exchange on our property. With this agreement in place, we instantly were able to get a mortgage for our dream family home.
Tulloch Homes made everything very easy and were incredibly supportive through every stage of the sale and purchase process. The aftercare provided to us once we moved into our new home was first class and was invaluable especially with the harsh winter period that we suffered.
