I purchased two flats and a semi-detached house at Tulloch Homes’ Wester Inshes development and was delighted with the quality of the product.
The attention to detail in the finish was impressive and in keeping with the proud reputation Tulloch have acquired locally over many years.
Site manager Cameron Brand and sales consultant Debra Mackay were extremely helpful and responded promptly to queries, making the acquisition experience hassle-free.
We’re more than happy with the bright, airy rooms and living space plus expertly designed kitchens, offering excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Tulloch Homes in the future.
I was relocating from Edinburgh and when I was looking for a new house, I looked at various options. I found Tulloch houses to be of high specification, well designed and of high quality. I also liked the Wester Inshes area, it’s quiet and well laid out.
The great thing for me in regard to the buying process derived from sales consultant Debra and site manager Cameron. Both were excellent from start to finish. I found them to be helpful, and it was a very personal service. Deb made the process so super easy. I was also impressed with how they responded to a minor issue that couldn’t be helped. They conducted themselves throughout in a responsive way and nothing felt minor to them, they wanted everything to be perfect. I also found the workers on site to be really friendly and helpful. Obviously when a new street is built there is inevitable construction, but they always tried to consider us when getting the work done and communicated well to make it easier for us. I have bought a lot of properties and I have to say the service was far better than I assumed it would be. It was a great experience and I would do it again.
