It was all smiles when Carol and Craig Melville - and their brand new bundle of joy - received the keys to their brand new Tulloch home.
The couple and their newborn baby daughter Alice moved into their home at Balgeddie Park, Glenrothes, last week - meaning Alice is now the youngest resident in the new development.
Balgeddie Park sales consultant Linda Wells wished the family well in their new home.
She said: "Alice, who is only days old and slept peacefully throughout the handover ceremony, is now officially the youngest resident at Balgeddie Park!
"Everyone at Tulloch Homes wishes this lovely family all the very best in their new home."
See Balgeddie Park for details of our homes available at this highly desirable development.
