Highland League footballer Zander Sutherland has hit the target again – with a second successive National House Builders Council ‘Pride In the Job’ Award to make it a Tulloch Homes hat-trick.
Zander, site manager at Broomhill, Muir of Ord for two and a half years has now, won further NHBC acclaim for the second phase of 46 homes at the leafy location.
The tricky Brora Rangers winger was previously assistant site manager at The Parks, where Lewis MacKinnon won an NHBC award three years ago.
“It’s good that Tulloch Homes have earned three ‘Pride In the Job’ awards in quick succession”, said 31 year old Zander. “It shows the company goes about things the right way.
“Joining the company seven years ago has proved to be my best ‘transfer’. I was shocked to win the first award but to do it again is just tremendous.
“The whole team at Broomhill must once more share in this recognition – we’ve worked well together to ensure the emphasis is on craftsmanship and quality.”
As was the case last October, Zander has another NHBC gala dinner to look forward to in Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel this autumn when he receives his latest award.
George Fraser, Tulloch Homes chief executive, said:”Zander deserves warm congratulations for his second success. He had been assistant site manager at four of our Inverness developments before he secured his ‘own’ site at Broomhill, and he’s shown how much he’s learned.
“This hat-trick of wins underlines the value of our ‘grow your own’ policy of training our own new range of site managers, who thus become ingrained with the Tulloch approach.”
