How it works

• Speak to one of our friendly sales consultants who will guide you through the process.
• We arrange two independent valuations and agree on a price to market your home.
• We organise a Home Report for your property and coordinate marketing through your chosen agent.
• Your new Tulloch home is reserved for four weeks once marketing begins, with weekly reviews thereafter.
