How it works
1. Secure your mortgage agreement
Speak with an independent mortgage advisor to secure your mortgage agreement in principle (AIP) - you'll need this to make your First Homes Fund application.
2. Find your new Tulloch home
Browse our available homes and apartments below, up to the value of £300k, and find your perfect first home.
3. Reserve your home
Found a home you love? Make a small reservation payment to make it yours.
4. Apply for the fund
Apply for the First Homes Fund and get a contribution of up to £10,000 towards the purchase of your first home.*
5. Move in 🥳
Exchange contracts and complete the sale - then get your keys to move into your brand new home. You'll own the home, with the Scottish Government taking a small equity stake - repayable on the future sale of your property.
