How it works
- Choose from one of our homes which is being advertised as qualifying for Part Exchange and speak to our friendly Sales Consultant on your chosen development to discuss availability.
- To take advantage of Part Exchange, your preferred Tulloch home must be of a value of at least 30% higher than the property you are selling.
- We would proceed with Part Exchange where your home has been on the open market for a minimum agreed marketing period, without receiving an offer.
- A Tulloch representative will visit your home to carry out an inspection before an agreement is reached.
- We will arrange two independent valuations and agree a price at which to purchase your home - at no additional cost to you.
- Our Solicitors will prepare the relevant legal paperwork finalising the purchase of your new Tulloch home and the sale of your existing property to us - again, at no additional cost.
- Once agreed we become your guaranteed buyer and you are free to focus on your new home.
