Woodroffe Grange passes halfway mark in new year sales surge

27th January 2023

Woodroffe Grange, a Tulloch Homes development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Forres, has enjoyed a New Year boost of sales with over half of the homes now reserved.

Located just off Grantown Road, the spacious development has a range of homes from Tullochs’ popular house style collection to suit first time buyers, growing families and those settling into retirement.

With around 40% of the development dedicated to open space, Woodroffe Grange is sympathetic to its semi-rural surroundings. Foot and cycle paths link through the residential streets to the generous community green and to the wider area. Boarded by established woodland, Woodroffe Grange is a peaceful retreat with local shops and amenities still nearby.

Jo McLaren, Tulloch’s Sales and Marketing Director, said:

”Given the sought after location and the variety of homes on offer, we knew Woodroffe Grange would be a well selling development. Since the first homes became available in at the end of 2021 and the Lochy show home opened in the summer last year we’ve had great interest, especially as each of the homes here, as with all our homes, are highly energy efficient – we’re delighted to have helped more than 40 customers find their new dream home in Forres.”

Each home, including the increasingly popular three bedroom detached Calder currently available for £242,000, boast high levels of insulation and innovative heating systems to help keep running costs low while reducing the environmental impacts. Jo continued:

“Our customers care about the efficiency of their home more than ever before and we’re really pleased to be able to tell potential buyers that our homes have a desirable EPC rating of B which means the house will qualify for a green mortgage and benefits that comes with this.”

Nicola McCart, sales consultant at the development, said: ”To sell out over 50% of homes at Woodroffe in just over 12 months is a real testament and a tribute to the exceptional location and the superb craftsmanship and quality of a Tulloch home.

“Since the Christmas break, enquiry levels have gained fresh impetus, with many visitors praising the space between the homes, the size of the gardens and the surrounding open space.”

The developers, with over 95 years of experience, have four homes currently available at Woodroffe Grange from the two bedroom Orrin terraced at £187,000, the popular Calder, a three bedroom detached home, at £242,000 and the Etive, a four bedroom detached villa with garage at £288,000.
