Tulloch bags two UK award wins with £12m Drummond Hill development

7th November 2023

Tulloch Homes is celebrating two wins for its prestigious Drummond Hill site at the UK Property Awards. The highly acclaimed national awards, recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry worldwide.

Drummond Hill in Inverness has won an accolade in the Residential Development 20+ Units category and the Multiple Residence for Scotland category at the esteemed event. The awards ceremony, taking place this month in London, will reveal the level of recognition honoured to Tulloch Homes during a night of glittering entertainment.

Located in Inverness, Tulloch Homes is selling 37 unique two, three, four and five bedroom homes across six distinctive collections at Drummond Hill, set within six acres of woodland.

If scored highly in either category, Drummond Hill will go head-to-head with the other five-star winners from the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and Arabia. Following this re-judging, the international winners in each category will be identified as the ‘World’s Best’. These winners will be announced in February.

Tulloch Homes Managing Director, Sandy Grant, commented:

“We are extremely proud of Drummond Hill and we are so pleased that it has been recognised at a national level. The development is a best-in-class example of a community that has been carefully curated to appeal to buyers through careful design and an exacting attention to detail.

“We are looking forward to the ceremony in London this month. I’m sure there will be stiff competition, but we are confident Drummond Hill is ready for the challenge.”

Located off Lochardil’s Stratherrick Road and within walking distance to Inverness Leisure Centre, a supermarket, Whin Park, secondary and primary schools and The Caledonian Canal, Drummond Hill was launched earlier this year. The development comprises a selection of conversion and new build apartments, mews houses, cottages, and detached homes.
