New Tulloch show home with views across Inverness launched
16th December 2025
Tulloch Homes, who this year are celebrating their 100th year in business, has opened a new show home at their Fairview Heights development in Inverness.
The popular development made up of three and four bedrooms homes, launched earlier this year and already has been a hit with buyers. Of the homes that have been available to buy so far, nearly a third of the homes have been sold leaving only five left remaining in the current release.
With scenic views across Inverness, close proximity to local schools and amenities and just a short commute into the heart of the city, Fairview Heights is ideally located.
Now, the quality home builders have opened a show home within the development. The four-bedroom detached Willow house style, spanning an impressive 1412sqft, is the first of this kind to be launched as a show home offering home hunters an opportunity to step inside this flexible family home.
With an open hallway, handy utility room and ample storage throughout, the Willow has been expertly designed for busy households. The open plan kitchen, dining and family area at the back of the home offers a versatile space while the private lounge, featuring large windows, creates a quiet retreat. The main bedroom benefits from three windows, a large built-in wardrobe and convenient en-suite.
The interior design sees a warm neutral colour pallet throughout the show home. Natural woods, and rich browns paired with cool creams create a light and welcoming home that is easy to picture life in. The sage green kitchen, featuring cabinetry with windowed doors and a black worktop with soft under unit lighting adds to the modern feel of the home.
The Willow, like all Tulloch homes, is complete with everything a busy household would need, from the fridge freezer and dishwasher in the kitchen, to the mirror in the bathroom, built-in wardrobes in three of the bedrooms and turf, outside tap and rotary clothes drier in the garden.
Kieran Graham, Tulloch Homes Managing Director said:
“Fairview Heights has been a popular development since its launch and we’re pleased to be able to offer those who have already reserved, and those considering a move, the opportunity to see the quality and specification of a Tulloch home and the panoramic view from Fairview Heights for themselves.”
