A luxury show home has opened at the Executive Collection at The Maples, Tulloch Homes’ exciting new showpiece development at Ness Side, Inverness.
The Darnley five bedroom house with double garage was opened when Alison MacLeod, full-time sales consultant at The Maples, cut the ribbon.
She said: “The opening represents a milestone, providing momentum to a collection of homes of distinction in a prime location.
“The Darnley is a beautiful home, crafted to a high specification and quality of finish and it showcases the quality being rolled out on this prime location.
“The Executive Collection is receiving a really warm reception, with five homes already sold. They include the Carnegie five bedroom design, the Lomond four bedroom house type and the top of the range Burrell five bedroom, all with double garages.
“Most homes have been snapped up by local families and the first occupants will move in during March, so it’s a flying start for The Maples. The show home opening is a further significant asset as prospective homebuyers can have a look around, have a coffee and ask any questions they wish.”
Sales consultants Hazel Bell and Penny Henderson-Gray were also in attendance as Alison formally opened the show home.
The Premier Collection at The Maples, a mix of three and four bedroom homes from £249,000, has already triggered four reservations and the first families will move in during June.
Alison added: "Ness Side is a very special countryside environment on the edge of Inverness, yet only a few minutes’ drive from the city centre and all amenities.
“It runs close to the new Holm Mains Bridge which can take you to the indoor sports and swimming facilities, skatepark and the Botanic Gardens in no time at all.”
The Darnley show home is open 7 days a week. For information, call Alison or Hazel on 01463 229359.
