Upsizing to Parks View
Parks View, Inverness
When Tessa decided her family had outgrown their three-bedroom home in Inverness, she didn't need to look far. In 2025, she moved just across the road into Tulloch Homes' Parks View development, finding extra space, sunshine, and beautiful views.

Having lived in the area my whole life, I already knew Tulloch Homes well. They're a well-known name in the North of Scotland, and when we decided to upsize, Parks View was the obvious choice.
We chose the Tarvie, a four-bedroom home with a dedicated office, and the size immediately stood out. Coming from a three-bed, the extra space has made a real difference to daily life. The kitchen is huge, with room for a big dining table and patio doors opening straight out to the garden. The upstairs bedrooms are generous too, with plenty of storage.
My favourite room is my upstairs bedroom. There's a large window that looks out over the whole of Inverness - with Kessock Bridge, and open countryside all in view. I also love the upstairs bathroom; there was a great range of tiles to choose from which I’m really pleased with.
Our house is on a lovely aspect, and our garden gets the sun almost all day in the summer which was a priority for me when choosing our plot.
As I work from home, having an office in addition to the bedrooms has been amazing. I was working from the kitchen in our last house so it’s great to have a dedicated space.
We have wonderful neighbours too, and that makes such a difference to whether you feel truly settled.
Graham, our sales consultant was excellent throughout, and everyone on site has been brilliant. When I moved in, the builders even helped me carry my things. I truly cannot fault Tulloch Homes’s customer care.
