We have been delighted to receive glowing testimonials from happy householders who have moved into their brand new Tulloch Homes post-lockdown.
Some families had to wait longer than expected for the keys to their new home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but they told us the wait was worth it!
Mr and Mrs Cessford recently moved into their Lochy three bedroom detached bungalow at Balgeddie Park, Glenrothes.
The couple said: “But for the pandemic, we should have moved in at the end of April. Our eventual entry was the end of August. Was it worth the wait? It most definitely was!
“The house is stunning in every way - exactly what we wanted.
“Tulloch Homes fully deserve the praise and accolades that they receive. From our first visit to the sales office and throughout the whole process the staff we met and spoke with were amazing. We take this opportunity to thank you all for making our dream come true.”
The Duff family recently received the keys to their Etive four bedroom detached villa with garage at Broomhill, Muir of Ord. They took advantage of the reduced rates in LBTT (Land and Buildings Transaction Tax), introduced to boost house sales after the industry re-started as lockdown restrictions eased.
Mrs Duff said: “Thank you for helping us move into our beautiful new home through lockdown.
“It was straight forward, with no worries at all. All your staff have been on hand with any questions and queries. I would highly recommend Tulloch Homes. We were so lucky to visit the site and we bought the next day. Tulloch was so helpful - we were safe to move as it was spotless and there was no danger to our family during lockdown. No-one was too close to us.
“With the land tax and stamp duty at an all time low, we jumped at the chance. It saved bidding wars and it was all straightforward - the sales staff were excellent. We still pinch ourselves every morning - it's our dream home.”
Meanwhile, Scott and his family were one of the first residents at our brand new development at The Maples, at Ness Side, Inverness.
He said: “We’ve moved into The Maples and it’s been a great experience. The area is a lovely place to be as a young family, with nearby parks and walks and so handy for getting into town, and getting out of town to Loch Ness. The house is a great space for us, and we’ve been impressed with the standard of the build.
“We moved here because we see the potential for a real community in a really good place to live, and we want to be part of that. Tulloch have created a lovely place to live, work and play in.”
