Our Fairview Meadows development is located just off the Southern Distributor Road in Inverness and provides easy access to the A9 and the A96. From here you can reach the best the Highland has to offer — The Cairngorms National Park and The North Coast 500 route. From the development Inverness railway station is only a short 10-minute drive and a 20-minute drive from Inverness airport with flights to London, Amsterdam, Belfast and more.

 Facilities

There are great local facilities within walking distance of Fairview Meadows, with an Asda Superstore, a Children’s soft play centre, Starbucks coffee shop, Golf Driving Range with sports bar and restaurant located only 10-minutes down the hill.

The city-centre of Inverness is also only a short drive away with a great variety of restaurants, leisure facilities, and shops to choose from. If you don’t want to travel into the centre why not visit Inshes Retail Park just along the road from the development which offers a variety of gyms, shops and amenities.

If you enjoy the outdoors, why not explore the great attractions that Inverness and nearby has to offer — the world-famous Loch Ness, The Caledonian Canal, Nairn Beach or a little further afield Chanonry Point, Fortrose for some dolphin spotting.

There are 4 primary school within 2-miles of the development, the catchment area being Cauldeen Primary School, Inverness which is less than a 5-minute drive away. The nearest secondary school —Inverness Royal Academy is around 15-minute walk.  For further education, the University of Highlands and Islands Inverness campus is only a 10-minute drive.
