I bought my flat with Help to Buy and it was extremely useful as I would not have been able to afford the flat otherwise. It was a great way to get onto the property market and buy a lovely new build.
I chose the Parks development as I wanted somewhere that was close to work and good walks for my puppy as well as being close to shops etc. The parks was ideal as it fitted all of those features.
I chose the Ashie as my new home because I thought it was a brilliant size for me and my puppy, not too big and not too small. It also felt really modern which was what I wanted.

We really love our Vectra first floor apartment at The Village, East Kilbride. It’s bigger than we thought it would be, it’s very stylish and very bright and airy.

We chose our apartment because of the excellent location at The Village. We could have bought any house in any location, but it was here we wanted to be and that’s why we waited a year for this apartment. Everybody in East Kilbride loves The Village as it has lovely old cobbled streets, great restaurants, a railway station and the shopping mall is close by.
The standard of workmanship and fixtures and fittings is very high and the visual appearance of the finished house is excellent.

The Westfield development is a hidden gem, private and peaceful yet so very vibrant.
As “first-time-buyers” we feared the process would be stressful and complex however the staff at Tulloch ensured our experience was anything but that. From securing our plot to selecting our furnishings, the level of customer service we received was all we could have wished for and more.

We are delighted with our new home at Chanonry Park in Fortrose. The location is perfect for us and we particularly enjoy living near the sea (just a 15 minute walk from our house to Rosemarkie beach).

I have recently purchased an apartment in Tulloch’s new development in Hedgefield House, Culduthel Road, Inverness. The flat is situated in an old house, which has been gutted to create nine spacious, light and airy flats, which although they are modern, have maintained many of the features of the old building. I love the mixture of old and new and already a friend of mine has recognised the house as a place she once visited many years ago.
Hedgefield House and other new Tulloch homes are set back from the main road in peaceful and quiet grounds. It is hard to believe that my flat is only five minutes’ walk away from the city centre and is so close to shops, restaurants and the hospital.
Tulloch’s Hedgefield sales consultant, Debra, was very friendly and helpful throughout all our dealings. We have recently crossed paths again as I have purchased the flat adjacent to mine in Hedgefield House as an investment and possible holiday let.
