When we first went to view the Ashie we fell in love with it almost immediately as it was the perfect size for the two of us.
We reserved early and the option to choose the kitchen and bathroom finishes was a bonus so it makes it feel a little more personal. The area where the flat is based has an amazing view and is so close to the city centre, retail parks and our places of work, we reserved it as quickly as we could.
We are first time buyers so we started the process of buying a house with zero knowledge on how to proceed, but Susan and Tulloch were so informative and understanding of this and made everything so much easier to understand. We are excited to move into our new home as it will start a new chapter of our lives together.

I was a first time buyer so was apprehensive and unsure of what to expect, however my fears were quickly quashed after speaking to Sales Consultant Ann Moir at Westfield, Aberdeen. She explained the whole home buying process and was always just a phone call or email away to answer any queries I had.

Our home is beautiful and the finish is lovely, the quality of the appliances are high end and the size of our kitchen is fabulous to work in.
We were extremely pleased with the airing cupboard as it is much larger than we expected.
The bathroom is very current and the quality is outstanding.
The cul-de-sac is perfectly formed, with lovely bushes and stonework to view from our sitting room it has just enough space for privacy from neighbours and we are not overlooked so we are very lucky.
Tony the Site Manager has been exceptional in meeting all our needs/changes very quickly and with no hesitation at all - if we required any snagging done, it was dealt with immediately and Tony phoned us constantly with updates - this is very important and we felt we were being prioritised.
The workers who came into our home were very polite and worked hard and they were so clean and tidy - we were lucky that we did not have a lot of snagging!
To summarise our experience it has been a world class service delivered by excellent staff - who made us feel as though we were special.
We were looking to downsize and we knew from the first moment we saw the Tulloch show home at Westfield, Bridge of Don, it was the one for us.
The style, layout, standard of workmanship and fixtures and fittings are excellent.

The Westfield development is a hidden gem, private and peaceful yet so very vibrant.
As “first-time-buyers” we feared the process would be stressful and complex however the staff at Tulloch ensured our experience was anything but that. From securing our plot to selecting our furnishings, the level of customer service we received was all we could have wished for and more.

We are delighted with our new home at Chanonry Park in Fortrose. The location is perfect for us and we particularly enjoy living near the sea (just a 15 minute walk from our house to Rosemarkie beach).
