A safe start being planned for Tulloch Homes

During March we safely shut down our sites, show homes and sales centres to assist in containing the spread of Covid-19. Our priority, as always, is to ensure the safety of our staff, supply chain, customers and communities.

Following the operational guidance provided by the government and HSE on working safely with Covid-19, from 1st June we intend to plan on a phased basis a safe start back to work on site, the message being safely not quickly.

Safe Start

During lockdown our construction and management team have been working safely from home carrying out assessments and are implementing the following:

  • A safe working plan which incorporates social distancing at work, revised risk assessments and tool box talks, taking reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance at work
  • Introducing a phased return to sites to ensure all practices are implemented safely enabling our staff and supply chains to adapt and work with the new normal
  • Enhanced cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with Covid-19 guidance

You may soon start to notice site teams on some of our developments, these teams will be planning and preparing our ‘Safe Start’ steps.

Our teams will be operating under social distancing measures, so if you have any enquiries please continue to contact us by telephone on 01463 229300, website contact form or via email where one of our team working safely from home will assist you.

Client updates and new client remote service

As we start back on site operationally, our first undertaking will be to provide our existing clients a prioritised service to complete their new homes currently under construction. An update on the progress of your home will be provided by our sales consultants.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding during the period of lockdown. If you have any questions or queries in relation to your new home please either complete our online contact form or use the site telephone number or email on hello@tulloch-homes.com and we will be in touch.

Customer care service

We have been operating on an emergency call out basis during the Covid-19 shut down. As the business starts to plan on a phased return basis we will continue to prioritise emergency call outs.

Our commitment to our customer care service has always been to a high standard and we will begin to contact our customers on a gradual basis to start servicing other enquiries safely within your home. Although our timescales may take slightly longer, our commitment to you remains. We understand there may be clients who are self isolating, high risk or who may have symptoms and we will therefore continue to use our Covid-19 assessments prior to visiting or entering your home.

We would also ask you comply with the social distancing measures when our team enter your home as this ensures everyone stays safe and healthy.

We thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Thank You

As we look towards the new ‘normal’ with the phased return of our teams and sites reopening safely, we would like to take the opportunity to offer thanks and to name just a few of the many who have continued to work and support our country and communities through this difficult period:

  • To our beloved NHS and care workers, their families, key workers and volunteers who have gone above and beyond in their duties to protect us and help those who have been affected by the Covid-19 virus
  • Marie Curie nurses who have been in much demand continuing to care for people in their homes
  • The Highland Food Bank who have worked tirelessly to provide a delivery service with food packs to those in most need and continue to do so
  • To everyone who has raised money for charities from their homes, with charity shops unable to open they have been reliant on your support, lets celebrate Alison White Photography heading up the Front Steps Project for MFR Cash for Kids, Captain Tom Moores 100th birthday walk for the NHS, Margaret Paynes mountain climb for the Highland Hospice, to name just a few!
  • To everyone who has stayed at home, you have protected the NHS and saved lives

Lastly, we look forward to continuing to provide a service to our customers and community in the 95th year of Tulloch Homes, thank you all for your continued support.
