During March we safely shut down our sites, show homes and sales centres to assist in containing the spread of Covid-19. Our priority, as always, is to ensure the safety of our staff, supply chain, customers and communities.
Following the operational guidance provided by the government and HSE on working safely with Covid-19, from 1st June we intend to plan on a phased basis a safe start back to work on site, the message being safely not quickly.
During lockdown our construction and management team have been working safely from home carrying out assessments and are implementing the following:
You may soon start to notice site teams on some of our developments, these teams will be planning and preparing our ‘Safe Start’ steps.
Our teams will be operating under social distancing measures, so if you have any enquiries please continue to contact us by telephone on 01463 229300, website contact form or via email where one of our team working safely from home will assist you.

We have been operating on an emergency call out basis during the Covid-19 shut down. As the business starts to plan on a phased return basis we will continue to prioritise emergency call outs.
Our commitment to our customer care service has always been to a high standard and we will begin to contact our customers on a gradual basis to start servicing other enquiries safely within your home. Although our timescales may take slightly longer, our commitment to you remains. We understand there may be clients who are self isolating, high risk or who may have symptoms and we will therefore continue to use our Covid-19 assessments prior to visiting or entering your home.
We would also ask you comply with the social distancing measures when our team enter your home as this ensures everyone stays safe and healthy.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding.
As we look towards the new ‘normal’ with the phased return of our teams and sites reopening safely, we would like to take the opportunity to offer thanks and to name just a few of the many who have continued to work and support our country and communities through this difficult period:
